The declination of the adjective

The adjective has its own endings. They always correspond in gender, number and case to the noun they refer to.

Overview

The ending is constructed by adding letters for gender, case and number after an r. The feminine case endings differ from those of the other genders.

These suffixes express the comparative and superlative degrees. They are always placed behind the adjective and adverb with a separator.
